A full proposal may not be required of each applicant submitting a concept letter. In cases where applicants do need to submit full proposals, they will be asked to do so by the deadlines listed above.
We cannot accept concept letters or full proposals by fax or e-mail. We view our published deadlines as firm in order to provide sufficient time for our staff and trustees to fairly review all requests.
